Annapurna Panorama trek begins with the warm welcome from the Kathmandu airport and briefing about the trip guide will lead to the trekking destination. The first day of the trekking starts from a 30-minute drive to Nayapul. After resting and warming up for a couple of minute out team will head towards the north, the opposite direction of the river. After walking for about 1-2 hours, we will reach Birethati checkpoint where the officers will check the permits of the trekkers. After climbing a sloppy hill, we will reach Thikhedhunga which is our first-night stay. Another day is walking through the jungle and steep stairs which is one of the most beautiful villages in this region. we walk through rhododendron forest ups and down, and we will stop in Ghorepani. Ghorepani is a beautiful and culturally rich village from the Annapurna region.

Another day we reach Poonhill which is probably the most beautiful hill station in Nepal. From poon hill one can have a beautiful view of the whole Annapurna and Dhaulagiri ranges. Descending from Ghorepani the next famous stop is Ghandruk, a famous Gurung village. Ghandruk is renowned for its hospitality and services.  After staying in this beautiful village now, we will descend to the Pokhara valley. Pokhara valley is the second biggest city of Nepal after Kathmandu which offers many natural and religious sites. This Annapurna Panorama trekking ends in Kathmandu after your arrival in the capital in private transportation or by flight.

DETAILED ITINERARY

After your arrival at Kathmandu International airport our representative will pick you up and transfer you to your respective hotel. After arriving at the hotel, according to your arrival time we will take you to a Nepali cultural restaurant for a warm welcome. Overnight in Kathmandu.

After having breakfast in your hotel, our trekking guide will be there to pick you up. To reach Pokhara you have two options; by flight and by private road transportation. A domestic flight takes around 30 minutes and a road trip takes around 7-8 hours to reach Pokhara. If you would like to spend more time in Pokhara then you can choose the fly option, if not the road trip is also worth it! The highway to Pokhara valley passes rivers, green valleys, rice terraces, local villages and also you can have wonderful views of the Himalayas. Depending on your arrival time in the city, or if you're already in Pokhara, you can use the day for sightseeing around Pokhara Valley. Overnight in Hotel.

As today is the first day of your trekking you will be transferred to Nayapul in a private vehicle after having breakfast in your hotel. On reaching Nayapul we will take a break where you can check your stuff and whenever you are ready to walk we will move on through the opposite side of the river to reach Birethati. Birethati is a checkpoint where we will show our permit to enter the Annapurna conservation area. Then we will walk up a sloping hill to reach Thikhedhunga village. Overnight in teahouse.

After having breakfast in your lodge in Tikhedhunga we will head for Ghorepani. As today is your second day of trekking in the Annapurna Panorama Trek, we will be heading towards Ghorepani. Ghorepani is one of the popular villages of Nepal. Today this trek leads you through beautiful rhododendron forest, Sal Trees and many ascents and descents to reach Ghorepani Village. During your walk, you will get a chance to have magnificent views of the Annapurna range and many other mountains. Overnight in lodges/teahouses.

Early in the morning before sunrise we will take a short hike to reach a hill station called Poonhill. Poon hill is probably the best hill station in Nepal. It will take you around an hour and a half to reach the top of the hill, and the most amazing thing about this hike is that when you reach the top you will see only big mountains. You will have wonderful views of the Annapurna range and Dhaulagiri range. Descending down from Poonhill you will have breakfast in the same hotel you stayed at last night, then our trek starts to Ghandruk. Overnight in teahouses or lodges.

After having breakfast we will leave the most beautiful village in this region. We will walk for a while until we reach Nayapul to catch our transportation. It will take you around an hour to reach Pokhara valley. If we have enough time in Pokhara, there are natural sites as well as man-made sites to visit. Some of them are Davis Falls, caves, Phewa Lake, Seti gorge, museums and many more. Overnight in Pokhara.

As we informed you earlier, you have two options to reach Kathmandu - by road or by flight. So after your breakfast we will head towards Kathmandu. Once you reach Kathmandu, you will be transferred to your hotel and our company will offer you a farewell dinner in the evening. Overnight in Kathmandu.

Today you will be transferred to Kathmandu airport for your flight back home. We would love to hear from you about the service we provided.
