- Before booking any Nepal, Bhutan or Tibet tours, provide 20% of total trip cost along with a copy of valid passport. This cost is non-refundable even if you cancel your trip. For the Nepal trip, you can pay the remaining amount upon your arrival in Kathmandu. For Bhutan and Tibet tour, you need to pay in full for every trip 20 days prior to your trip date.
- You should give written information for postponing the trip to Nepal prior to 30 days of travel date. Postponing your trip is subject to the charge of USD 150. The remaining amount is not refundable but you can use the money for other trips in the future with us. In the case of Tibet and Bhutan tours, the cancellation charge is subject to the policy of our Tibet and Bhutan travel agents.
- Give us 14 days prior notice in writing for your Nepal trip cancellation. It is subject to a charge of USD 150.
