- General booking conditions
Before booking any Nepal, Bhutan or Tibet tours, provide 20% of total trip cost along with a copy of valid passport. This cost is non-refundable even if you cancel your trip. For the Nepal trip, you can pay the remaining amount upon your arrival in Kathmandu. For Bhutan and Tibet tour, you need to pay in full for every trip 20 days prior to your trip date.
You can transfer through wire/ swift payment or you can also pay through credit card. For further detail regarding payment details, contact us through the mail or direct call.
We accept last minute booking as far as viable, however; last minute booking for Bhutan and Tibet tours may not be viable.
- Postponing your trip
You should give written information for postponing the trip to Nepal prior to 30 days of travel date. Postponing your trip is subject to the charge of USD 150. The remaining amount is not refundable but you can use the money for other trips in the future with us. In the case of Tibet and Bhutan tours, the cancellation charge is subject to the policy of our Tibet and Bhutan travel agents.
- Trip cancellation
Give us 14 days prior notice in writing for your Nepal trip cancellation. It is subject to the charge of USD 150. The remaining amount is not refundable but you can use the money for other trips in the future with us. In the case of Tibet and Bhutan trip cancellation, 50% and 20% of the total trip cost is charged as cancellation fee. The remaining amount is not refundable but you can use the money for other trips in the future with us. Prior notice of 30 days is required for Tibet and Bhutan trip cancellation.
- Incomplete tour
In the case of the incomplete tour due to any reasons from the customer’s side, we are not liable to pay any refunds.
- Unforeseen circumstances
In case we aren’t able to conduct or complete your trips due to the natural disaster or any unforeseen circumstances, we aren’t liable to refunds but we will arrange the next journey for you with us.
- Travel insurance
Travel insurance is highly recommended for your travel to Nepal.
- Flight cancellation or delay
Flight cancellation or delay may occur due to bad weather conditions, therefore, we always recommend you to book a trip with additional days. Make sure that you carry money for additional expenses in this kind of situation.
- Price changing
In case of the change in prices drastically due to change in exchange rate, government policies or any other non-forecast able reasons, we reserve the right to change the prices of our trips.
- Personal belongings
You should take care of your personal belongings yourself. We aren’t liable for any kind of loss of your personal belongings during your travel.
- Warning
Our terms and conditions are applicable only if you book a trip with us directly. In case any other middle agent involved, their terms and conditions would be applicable.
