Best Time to Explore!
Although, Nepal, naturally blessed country, where around the year is the perfect time for traveling and exploring, some of the trekkers and travelers prefer to trek in Autumn (September to November) and Spring (March to May) seasons in Nepal. They consider these seasons are an ideal season for Manaslu with Tsum Valley trek in Nepal. As you arrive at the Tribhuvan International Airport at Kathmandu, one of our representatives will be there to welcome you and greet you Upon your arrival in the Kathmandu airport (TIA) and drop you to your hotel. After hotel check-in, you will be provided welcome drinks and left for the rest and freshen. After a few minutes rest, you can stroll around the tourist hub Thamel Bazaar at Kathmandu with our guide. In the evening, one of our representatives will provide you orientation class about the further trek. You can also enjoy welcome dinner with alluring cultural program. Have dinner and stay overnight in the hotel at Kathmandu.

After having morning breakfast and we will take a private vehicle for Barpak, which is situated at the elevation of the 2,000meter. Around 6 hours’ drive from Kathmandu will offer us panoramic views of the western mountains, and several settlements on the way and finally reach Gorkha, the Capital of Medieval Nepal. After exploration of Gorkha, we will further driver and reach to Barpak village which is situated upon the hilltop by following Baluwa. Barpak is a famous village for Gaje Ghale, the 2nd World War veteran. Have dinner and stay overnight in the Barpak.
After morning breakfast and continue trek through following the main valley of the Budhi Gandaki River with the mountains in an easterly direction. The further trek will follow the ascending trail and pass of Gupsi Dada (3000m), Laprak from Barpak, with the panoramic views of Buddhi, Shringi, Ganesh Himal and the Langtang range. Then further trek will be toward Laprak, a very beautiful Gurung village by following the descending trail. Have dinner and stay overnight in the Laprak.
Have morning breakfast and continue trek ahead east to Manaslu main valley of the Budhi Gandaki river. Then we will descend down to Laprak and cross a suspension bridge. The further steep ascends trail around hillside will take us to the village of Singla with the magnificent views of the Manaslu Himal, and the associated Himalayas. The further trek down will take us to Kholrabeshi. Have dinner and stay overnight in the Kholrabeshi, which is situated at the elevation of 2875 meters. Have dinner and stay overnight in the Khorlabeshi.
After morning breakfast, we will continue the ups & downs trail and reach to Tatopani, where you can have experience of bathing into the natural hot spring. It is believed that once you dip into the naturally hot water, it has healing power to release your pain and skin disease. After that we will again climb over another ridge, then cross the beautiful suspension bridge over Budhi Gandaki river and reach to the ridge of Dobhan. After crossing a suspension bridge over the Dobhan Khola, the trail goes ahead with the climbs of a rugged trail and again cross Yaru Khola and finally reach to Jagat by following Tharo Bharyang. Have dinner and stay overnight in the village of Jagat.
After morning breakfast, we will continue climbing over a rocky ridge to Salleri and then descend to Setibas. The further trek will follow the widening valley a bit and continues to ascend trail until you reach to Ghatta Khola. The further trek will continue upstream trail and cross a long suspension bridge and then continue climbing up to Philim, a large Gurung village. As you reach to the Philim Village, you can explore the village and encounter with the local’s folks. Have dinner and stay overnight in the guest house of Philim.
Have morning breakfast in the morning and begin trek by following the Philim to the north across a forest with the views of the tapering valley. The further climb will allow you to reach at Ekle Bhatti cross the gorge and enter into the beautiful pine tree forests. Through following pine and rhododendron flower, you will descend down to the Tsum Valley. On the way, you will be rewarded with the striking views of Himalchuli mountains and climb to the Lokpa pass. The trail goes as near to Ghumlong, you will get an opportunity to pass Ripchet and the Shiar Khola. As you reach to Chumling, you can explore the old Chumling gompa and the stone streets of the village at the Chumling. Have dinner and stay overnight in the guest house of Chumling.
After morning breakfast and start pleasing trek through following the suspension bridge onto the opposite bank, where you can enjoy great views of Ganesh Himal. You will also pass past Rainjham to Serpu Khola onwards your trek and enter into the hidden valley of Tsum. The further steep climb will take us to the village of Chhokangparo, where we can enjoy the alluring views of Himalchuli at 7893 meters. Have dinner and stay overnight at Chokhangparo.
Have morning breakfast and continue trek towards the Nile by following the ascending trail to Chokhangparo, where you may feel altitude problems. Continue trek and get chances to explore Lamagaon, ancient Rachen Gompa and climb up to the Milarepa’s Cave. After that, we will cross the Shiar Khola and follow through the villages of Phurbe and Pangdun, Chhule village and climb upstream until you reach to the Nile. Have dinner and stay overnight in the guest house of Nile.
Have morning breakfast and begin walking towards the west bank of the valley through the Tibetan landscapes. The further ascend up and get chances to explore the ancient Mu Gompa and after exploration, we will again climb further up to Bhajyo with the spectacular view of the Tibetan peaks as well as the Ganesh Himal range. As you reach over there, you can explore a remote area with the local houses of Bhajyo. You can also visit some yak farmhouse. Have dinner and stay overnight in the Bhajyo.
Have morning breakfast and you can do rest today and explore the whole Bhajyo. Bhajyo is a famous place for outstanding views, where you can have stunning views of Ngula Dhojyang Pass and glacier of the Yamdro Valley. You can also explore the Bhajyo Valley and take a rest. Have dinner and stay overnight in the Bhajyo.
After morning breakfast and you can continue trek onwards to Rachen Gompa, which is situated at the elevation of the 3240meter. As you start descending trail down to Rachen Gumba, where you can explore the ancient Gumba, which was established in 1905 AD. The further trek will follow the Rachen Gumba and the Shiar Khola Valley. You can also explore the interior of the Gumba, where you see splendidly painted with Buddhist mural paintings. Have dinner and stay overnight in the guest house of Rechen Gompa.
After morning breakfast and continue trek ahead to the south by following the beautiful bridge and go ahead following descending trail onwards to Chhokangparo. Continue trek following descending down to Chhokangparo and get chances to explore the ancient small gompa and after exploration, trekking trail will take us to the Gho (2485m). Then further trek will take us to the lower Tsum Valley and then finally arrive at Chumje via Yaju. Have dinner and stay overnight at Chumje.
Have morning breakfast and begin trek by following the Chumje to Bihi, which is situated at the elevation of the 3130meters. The further continue trek on the northern route in the lower Tsum Valley will allow us to pass the beautiful village of Dorjon Kharka just before reaching Rana. Then also cross the large suspension bridge over the Manaslu Budhi Gandaki River and trek further and eventually reach to the village of Bihi. Have dinner and stay overnight in the guest house of Bihi.
Morning breakfast and continue trek ahead relatively flat terrain and the trail moves uphill through following the greenery forest path. After around 6 hours trek will take you to the Namrung, where you can enjoy magnificent views of the Himalayas Manaslu, and among others stunning peaks.
Have morning breakfast and continue trek onwards to Lho, which is situated at the elevation of the 3180meters. As you go ahead, you can encounter with the people who are influenced with Buddhism. You will also get an opportunity to enjoy spectacular views of the Ganesh Himal, and other associated Himalayas. The further trek will be descending down to Sho and then to Lho. Have dinner and stay overnight in the Lho.
After morning breakfast, we will continue trek by following the beautiful Budi Gandaki river down and continue the trek following the shadow of the forest. The further trek will be a short climb to a plateau and the village Shyala. During trekking, numerous mountains such as Himal Chuli, Ganesh Himal, and Peak 29 (Ngadi Chuli) to the left, Manaslu and large glaciers straight ahead gives us accompany and add double excitements for the trekking ahead. The further trek will take us to the Sam village, where we can explore well-known monastery of Sama. As you reach Sama Gaon, a village, where you can encounter with the local folks and their influence of Tibetans. Have dinner and stay overnight in the guest house of Samagaon, at the elevation of the 5330meters.
Continue trek after having breakfast, we will follow descending trail through following the Budi Gandaki, that has turned north, and follow it to a bridge over a side stream. The trail goes ahead to the left to the Manaslu Base camp and the Larkya la passes, which offers us stunning mountains views. On the way, we will also get chances to explore the several Mani walls, and follow the beautiful river passing the juniper and birch forests of Kermo Kharka. We continue to trek down with the views of the Budhi Gandaki cross the wooden bridge over Budhi Gandaki and continue to climb steeply trail. We will trek further and arrive at large white Kani, finally passing through Kani and reach to Samdo. Have dinner and stay overnight in the guest house of the Samdo.
After having morning breakfast, we will begin our trek down to the edge, crossing the beautiful wooden bridge over Budi Gandaki and continue trek ascend trail and cross two streams and witness the Larkya Glacier. The further trek will follow the valley of the Salka Khola and go-ahead gradual climbing up again and come to the stone guest house (4450 m). You can also explore the famous Dharamshala, which is also known as Larkya Phedi. The further trek will cross the famous and most awaited Larkya Pass, which will also offer us panoramic views of the Himalayas. The further climb will take us to the Larkya Glaciers.
As morning rises, we will have morning breakfast and continue trek ahead across the moraines of the glacier, we will also continue gradual ascent trail with the spectacular views of the Himlung Himal, Cheo Himal, Kangguru, the huge Annapurna II, and many more. As you reach at Savor, the spectacular views from the top of the pass will reward us. The further trek will take us to the Bimtang, which will also offer us the splendid views of the Manaslu. Have dinner and stay overnight in the Bimthang.
After having morning breakfast, we will rest whole day at Bimthang. You can explore the village and encounter with the villagers and learn and observe different cultures and traditions of the people. You can also enjoy spectacular views of the valley. Have dinner and stay overnight in the guest house of Bimthang.
In this day, we will have morning breakfast and continue trek ahead following the descending trail. Today’s trekking trail will be straight down by following the beautiful valley of Burdin Khola, through following rhododendron forests, to Karche. As you reach the Karche, you can discover the highest cultivating fields of the valley. Then we will continue again descending trail to the village of Gho. We will follow the north bank of the river, and pass the Tilje Village. Crossing, the beautiful Dudh Khola over there, you will also cross a wooden bridge back to the northern side of the Dudh Khola, and finally, arrive at Dharapani. Have dinner and stay overnight in the guest house of the Dharapani, at the altitude of the 1860meters.
After morning breakfast, we will continue trek onward to Ghermu, which is situated at the elevation of 1100 meters. The further descend trek will follow the Marsyandi River and cross the suspension bridge. Climb up and away from the river and hike through a broad, flat valley to the village of Tal (1,675m), situated at the foot of a large waterfall. The further trail continues to Chyamje, which will follow-ups and down along the river. We will continue steep trail descend down from Jagat through following the Marshyangdi valley, Marshyangdi River at Syange and finally arrive at Ghermu. Have dinner and stay overnight in the guest house of Ghermu.
Have morning breakfast and continue trek following the fascinating Marsyandi valley and its banks terrace fields and villages clung very high to the hillsides are the age-old work of the Nepalese farmers. On the way, we will cross several interesting villages such as Bhulbhule, Khudi, and many more. The further trek will lead us to Besi Sahar, a dusty and busy place. Have dinner and stay overnight at Besisahar.
Today, after having morning breakfast, you will take private vehicles and drive back to Kathmandu. You have to trek around 7 to 8 hours of the attractive drive on the way back to Kathmandu along the banks of the beautiful Marsyangdi and Trishuli rivers. On the way, you will have a superb view of green hills, mountains, farming terraces and villages on both sides of the road. As you reach to Kathmandu, there will be a hotel check-in and you can take some time rest. In the evening, if you want, you can do some shopping in the attractive Thamel Bazaar. You will also get chances to enjoy in the farewell party with the cultural program to celebrate the successful completion of our journey. Stay overnight in the guesthouse of Kathmandu.
Now finally it is the last day at Nepal for this vacation. It is time to say goodbye and one of our representatives will drop you to the Kathmandu International Airport from where you will take a flight back to your home keeping all the experiences in Nepal. You will be drop before 3 hours of your flight schedule. We wish you a safe flight and hope we will meet very soon.
