The trekking trail of Everest Region!

This top Himalayas trek begins with views of the white and green Himalayas. It will be several steep uphill and downhills with the mesmerizing sceneries of the Himalayas on the backdrop. The visitor will explore several villages that come on the way like Lukla, the famous gateway to Everest trek, Phakding, a Sherpa village, Namche Bazaar, Tengboche, Dingboche, Lobuche Kalapatthar and Everest Base Camp. During our trekking, exploring spectacular mountains views from the Everest View Hotel, the famous viewpoint and exploring Tengboche Monasteries, Khumbu Glaciers, and the splendid Icefall is awe-inspiring. Day 1:- Arrival in Kathmandu and trip preparation (1,300m/4,264 ft)

Arrive at Kathmandu Tribhuvan International Airport and one of our representatives will greet you and drop you to your hotel, where you can take rest after hotel check-in. After some rest, you will be introducing with your trekking guide. You can also stroll around the Thamel Bazaar to make place familiar. You can also enjoy a welcome dinner hosted by Hiking Everest Services P. Ltd. In the evening, you will be provided short orientation class about further trek of Everest Base Camp trek. Stay overnight in the hotel at Kathmandu.

Day 2:- Fly to Lukla, trek to Phakding (2,651m/8,700ft): 8km, 3 - 4 hours trek

After morning breakfast, we will continue our journey onwards through the pleasing flight, which offers us to have magnificent views of the green and white mountains. Around 40-minute flight from Kathmandu to Lukla will take us to Lukla Hotel, where you will be introducing with the other crew members and you can do packing and arranging them with our group. After that, you can start trekking forwards to Phakdhing, which is situated at the 2651meters. You have to trek around 3 to 4 hours to reach Phakding. We will trek gradual descend trail and pass a Cheplung village with the stunning view of the Mt. Khumbila (18900ft), a sacred mountain which has never been climbed. The further descend trail will take us to Phakding. Have dinner and stay overnight in Phakding.

Day 3:- Phakding to Namche Bazaar (3,438m/11,280 ft): 11km, 5 - 6 hours

After morning breakfast, we will begin trek forwards to Namche Bazaar, which is situated at the elevation of the 3438 meters. We will trek through a beautiful pine forest, and then the valley of Benkar along the Dudh Koshi River. The further trek will pass Chumoa and then Monjo, the entrance to Everest National Park then we will cross a beautiful suspension bridge on the way. We will also encounter with the Jorsale village and trek continue alongside the Dudh Koshi and Bhote Koshi rivers. A slight steep ascent trail brings us to the Namche Bazaar, the heartland of Sherpa village. As you reach to Namche Bazaar, you can have stunning views of the Himalayas including Mt. Everest and Mt. Lhotse. Have dinner and stay overnight in the Namche Bazaar.

Day 4:- Acclimatization Day - Namche Bazaar: (3,440m/11,284ft)

This is the day of rest at Namche Bazaar. Today, after morning breakfast, we will make the short hike to Everest Hotel View for stunning views of sunrise, sunset and the Himalayas including Mount Everest, Ama Dablam, Lhotse, Nuptse, Thamserku, Kongde and so on. Namche Bazaar is the main canter of Khumbu region, also there are so many things that you may need such as; shops, restaurants, government offices, ATMs, Internet cafes, and a colorful market. You can make the short hike to Sagarmatha National Park, where you will be rewarded with a sunrise view and the views of Mount Everest, Ama Dablam, Lhotse, Nuptse, Thamserku, Kongde and many more. You can also hike to Khumjung village (12401ft) to explore the most beautiful village with a Sherpa settlement. At Namche Bazar, you will get an opportunity to explore and observe traditional Sherpa life, Khumjung Hillary School and enjoy flora and fauna found at such altitude. Have dinner and stay overnight in the Namche Bazaar.

Day 5:- Namche Bazaar to Tengboche (3,870m/12,694ft): 10km, 5 - 6 hours

Have morning breakfast and start trekking as usual following the famous descent trail to Dudh-Koshi River and again ascend up along with the rhododendron forests to Tengboche. During you descend trekking trail along the Dudh Kish River, you can enjoy magnificent views of the highest mountains such as; Mount Everest, Ama Dablam, Lhotse, Nuptse, Thamserku, Kongde and many more. The further trek will take you to the Tengboche, where we can visit and explore Tengboche Monastery-the largest monastery in the region. Not only that it also offers breath-taking views of the Himalayas including Mt. Everest, Ama Dablam, and other associated peaks. Have dinner and stay overnight in the guesthouse of Tengboche.

Day 6:- Tengboche to Dingboche (4,360 m/14,300 ft): 9km, 5 - 6 hours

In this day, we will have morning breakfast and start descent trek through following forests teeming with a variety of lush trees of conifers, birch, and rhododendrons. This legendary trekking trail again rewards us with tremendous views of Mt. Everest, Ama Dablam, Lhotse, and many more mountains. The charming trail head descends down to Devuche by following the beautiful Imja River and takes us to Pangboche. As we reach to Pangboche, we will head to upper Pangboche with the splendid view of the Himalayas on the way. As you reach to the upper Pangboche then you can explore the stunning ancient Pangboche Monastery. The further trek moves ahead towards the Imja Valley, Lobuche River and eventually climbing trail will take us to the Dingboche. Have dinner and stay overnight at Dingboche.

Day 7:- Dingboche: Acclimatization

In this morning we will have breakfast and begin to explore the village of Dingboche. It is a popular stop for trekkers and climbers to go further famous destinations like Mt. Everest, Ama Dablam or Imja Tse. You will explore the beautiful village with an array of fields enclosed by stone walls to protect barley, buckwheat, and potatoes from the cold wind and grazing animals. If you want, then you can make a short hike to either Nagarjuna Hill or Chukkhung Valley for majestic views of Makalu, Ama Dablam, Tawache, Lhotse, Chalotse, and many more. After exploration, you have to return back to Dingboche. Have dinner and stay overnight in the Dingboche. Included meals: Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner

Day 8:- Dingboche to Lobuche (4940 m/16,207 ft): 7km, 5-6 hours
Have morning breakfast and continue trek with a gradual climb to Duglha at the end of the terminal moraine of the Khumbu Glacier. The further steep climbs up the trail will lead us to Chupki Lhara by following an array of stones with prayer flags used as memorials to Scott Fischer. Trek goes ahead with the magnificent views of the Mt. Khumbutse, Lingtren, Pumori and Mahalangur Himal and also get chances to explore Khumbu Glacier moraine on the way. Then the eases trail will take us to the valley of Lobuche. Have dinner and stay overnight in the Lobuche. Included meals: Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner
Day 9:- Lobuche to Gorak Shep (5,170 m/16,961ft), visit Everest Base Camp (5,364 m/17,594 ft): 13km, 6-7 hours
In this day, have a morning breakfast and continue trek onwards to Everest Base Camp. Continue trekking trail will the beautiful Gorak Shep Lake. Continue straight ahead trail and cross the Indian army mountaineers' memorials and follow the rocky dunes, moraine, and streams on the way. The further trail will take us to the Everest Base Camp. As you reach the world highest mountain Everest Base Camp, you will be stunned to see this natural wonder that your words will be limited to admire these stunning views and the scenario. You can enjoy tents of mountaineers that are standing in front of you in bright colures. You can see spectacular views of the Himalayas such as; Mt. Nuptse, Khumbuste and Pumori are the mountains from the Everest Base Camp. After exploration of the magnificent mountains, you will be returning to Gorak Shep for a good night's rest. Have dinner and stay overnight in the Gorak Shep. Included meals: Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner
Day 10:- Gorak Shep to Kala Patthar (5,545m/18,192ft) to Pheriche (4,288m/14,070ft): 16km, 7-8 hours
Have early morning breakfast and continue trek onwards to Kala Patthar with the spectacular view of the mountains such as Lingtren, Khumbutse, and Changtse on the east, even if the weather is clear you can witness Everest too. As we reach to the Kalapatthar, we will be amazed to witness 360 degree up-close and formidable views of Mt. Everest. As you are at the top of Kalapathar, you can enjoy views and take some photographs. And then you can return back to the Pheriche for a whole night. Have dinner and stay overnight in the guest house of Pheriche. Included meals: Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner
Day 11:- Pheriche to Namche Bazaar (3,440m/11,280 ft): 20km, 6 - 7 hours
In this day, we will have an early morning breakfast and continue trek down through following the hillside filled with the rhododendron and juniper trees. We will also cross the multi colors prayer-flag on the festooned bridge over the Dudh Koshi River. The further trail will follow the Dudh Koshi gorge and descend rapidly through the beautiful pine forest. On the way, we can also witness colorful pheasants and mountain goats. The trekking trail eventually takes us to the Sansa, which also offers us stunning views of Ama Dablam, Thamserku, and Nuptse mountains. We will also cross winding trails through a forest and finally reach to the Namche Bazaar. Have dinner and stay overnight in the Namche Bazaar. Included meals: Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner
Day 12:- Namche Bazaar to Lukla (2,860m/9,186ft): 19km, 6 - 7 hours
Today, we will have early morning breakfast and continue steeply descends trail back to Lukla from Namche Bazaar. Today’s trail will be full of rocky terrain, with beautiful suspension bridges over the fast flowing Dudh Koshi river and its tributaries. Around 6 to 7 hours trek will take us at Lukla. As you reach to Lukla, you can stroll around the Lukla and explore the place. Have dinner and stay overnight in Lukla. Included meals: Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner
Day 13:- Fly to Kathmandu
After morning breakfast and we will catch an early morning flight to Kathmandu from Lukla. Around 40 minutes flight will offer us breath-taking mountains views and green hills below us. As we reach the Kathmandu airport, you will be taken to the hotel at Thamel, where you can take rest and relax in the hotel after your hotel check-in. Today, in the evening, you can do some souvenir shopping, you will have our guide to help in your shopping and other activities that you want to do. We will also host a farewell dinner party for you with the typical Nepali cultural program, where you can celebrate your successful completion of Everest Base Camp trek. Overnight stay in the hotel in Kathmandu. Included meals: Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner
Day 14:- Final departure
Today is your last day in this wonderful country in Nepal. One of our representative's will helps you to find your final destination. After having breakfast, he/she will take you to the airport, 3 hours earlier of your flight schedule.
